No returns on liked/disliked products. We only replace items if damaged or wrong item received. Unboxing video is required within 24 hours for any complaint. To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issue, please follow these simple steps while recording your unboxing video:

  1. Place the camera on a stable surface in good lighting.
  2. Clearly show the shipping label on the package (it must display your name, address, and tracking number).
  3. Show all sides of the package to confirm it hasn’t been opened.
  4. Record while opening the parcel, and make sure the product is fully visible on camera.
  5. If the product is correct and in perfect condition — yay! You're all set.
  6. Keep the video continuous — no cuts or edits. The product must stay in the frame at all times.
