No returns on liked/disliked products. We only replace items if damaged or wrong item received. Unboxing video is required within 24 hours for any complaint.
To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issue, please follow these simple steps while recording your unboxing video:
- Place the camera on a stable surface in good lighting.
- Clearly show the shipping label on the package (it must display your name, address, and tracking number).
- Show all sides of the package to confirm it hasn’t been opened.
- Record while opening the parcel, and make sure the product is fully visible on camera.
- If the product is correct and in perfect condition — yay! You're all set.
- Keep the video continuous — no cuts or edits. The product must stay in the frame at all times.
